Insulin Glargine (insulin glargine-yfgn) Injection is a long-acting insulin used to control high blood sugar in people with diabetes. This is a prescription-only medication. Each vial contains 10 mL of insulin glargine solution at 100 units/mL concentration. Store refrigerated at 2°C to 8°C until first use. After first use, store at room temperature (up to 30°C) and discard after 28 days. Do not mix with other insulins. Use only with U-100 syringes.
